Will I see the design before you make it?
Yes. We send a digital mockup and nothing is engraved, cut or printed until you approve it.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the product, quantity and finish. We confirm the timeline when we send your quote.
What file should I send for my logo?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) is best. A clear PNG works for simple logos. Screenshots and low-resolution images usually need to be redrawn.
Can you match my brand colours?
For printed pieces (UV, DTF and stickers), yes: send the HEX or Pantone codes and we match as closely as the process allows. Engraved pieces are one colour by nature.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes, pan-India by courier. Bengaluru pickup is also possible.
Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, and we recommend it for larger runs, so you can check the size, finish and text. We confirm sample details on request.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Some are, and we will tell you which. Bamboo, cork, rice-husk composite, kraft and FSC wood are natural-material options. Steel, acrylic and printed textiles are not. Ask for eco and we will steer you to the natural-material range.
